My Computer won't talk to my Digital Camera - Where can I find help?

What is your Privacy Statement?

ToClear.com has a clear policy regarding all customer information.  All information submitted or processed by ourselves or our trading partners, is regarded as private.

No private information will ever be made available or sold to any third parties.      Data Protection Act: We do not keep customer details  in any electronic form for more than 31 days after sale has concluded. It is therefore important to keep a copy of your sales receipt safely.

Who processes my payment?

ToClear.com (Photo Finish of Letchworth) will process your payment if you pay and collect at the store or send cheque. Your credit card statement will show a withdrawal from Photo Finish of Letchworth. Mail order transactions - Cards are processed by PayPal, cheques are processed by Photo Finish of Letchworth.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Unless you are advised that the Clearance Offer has sold; You should receive your order between 1 and 3 working days after your payment clears. Working days exclude: Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Can I have to goods delivered to a different address if paying by PayPal?

No. The address must be the same address that you have registered with PayPal. We will only deliver to an alternative address, if we receive a postal payment by cheque and you are prepared to wait for your cheque to clear.

Can my company claim back the VAT?

VAT can be reclaimed on all new goods supplied by Photo Finish of Letchworth, (ToClear.com). You will be issued with a VAT receipt with your order or under seperate cover if your item is dispatched directly by the distributer.  Where Used equipment is purchased, Photo Finish of Letchworth operate Used Equipment Global VAT Accounting.   VAT can not be reclaimed on Used Equipment Supplies.

How much is postage?

The postage and packing charge is charged as close to cost of postage, packing and VAT as we can calculate. Each item has a delivery price indicated. The postage is automatically reduced where multiple items are purchased. All items are send by either Recorded or Special Delivery as indicated in product description. We do not deliver to addresses outside of the UK.

Can I extend the guarantee on any product purchased through ToClear.com?

Unless we include additional cover on your receipt the guarantee can not be extended. We advise that you obtain independent insurance for valuable goods, rather than extend the guarantee.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

Should an order not arrive after 6 working days: Contact Photo Finish, we check address details and records to find the cause of the delay, advise how and when it was dispatched, locate any tracking numbers and what action is being taken to insure your order arrives.

Do you sell to countries beyond the UK?

No. We will only supply goods to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and N.Ireland) and to Southern Ireland only. Slightly higher postage rates apply to Ireland.

Does ToClear.com sell products from other dealers?

No, all products are now sold by Photo Finish of Letchworth. Originally, ToClear.com offered other photographic dealers the opportunity to sell their products on these pages. However, very little stock was ever offered at a reasonable price and it was difficult to both administer and keep the stock lists up-to-date.
