All goods advertised by ToClear.com from this site, Marketworks site and eBaY shop are limited clearance offers.

Orders are allocated strictly to first customer order recieved with payment basis. Customers who miss a limited offer will be informed within 24 hours and maybe offered an alternative if available.

We endevour to dispatch goods from stock within 4 working hours of payment clearance. Where it is unlikely that an order can be dispatched within 7 Days; you will advised by phone or E-mail and offered the options to either continue to wait, cancel or ammend your order. No compensation or liability can be accepted for failure to supply or late delivery.

We try to remove sold items from published pages as soon as possible. If your web browser caches pages - click the [CNTR]+REFRESH button to update the list.

Where there is more than one of the same clearance item available, the item will remain published until all stocks have been purchased.

Guarantee and Returns Policy.

All new goods will be covered by a 12 Month Manufacturers or Importers Guarantee.(Where longer periods of cover are included: This will be indicated on your purchase receipt. eg. "Ricoh 2 Year G'tee")

 Guarantee Conditions: Standard UK Guarantee conditions apply. This does not extend to accidental damage, loss, contamination, tampering, impact, or mis-use etc. You are advised to personally insure your valuable equipment against accidental damage.

 Faulty new equipment returned within 30 days of purchase:

Will be replaced with same, where available(Subject to Guarantee conditions - above).

We advise all customers to test any product purchased within 30 days of purchase. If a replacement is not available and a refund is requested; we will refund the full purchase price of the product opon it's return. Postage is not refunded.

  New equipment becoming faulty after 30 Days: (Subject to Guarantee conditions) Will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our descretion. Postage is not refunded.

  2nds, service stock, unwanted returns and Used equipment will be covered by a warranty of 90 days with the same terms and conditions as New Equipment above. Exception: Fuji Refurbished / Returns stock - this has a standard 1 Year warranty.

Returning Goods:

 Unwanted goods: Unless by prior and special arrangement: Unwanted goods will not be accepted back. A re-listing, administration and re-stocking fee of 10% will be applied should we accept an item back. In such cases, postage charges will not be refunded. Please read Notice at the top of this page - refering to Volantary Returns Policy.

 All returns including: Faulty and authorised unwanted returns:

It is your obligation to pack securely, insure (registered post) and return any product in good condition. Replacements (where available)will be returned to you, at our expense with equal care and consideration.
