PRICES FROM JUST £25 - A Simple and All Inclusive Service:

 The basic (minimum) fee for first one hour on site is £25.

 The basic fee includes a CD Rom with your images and traveling costs to Zone 1 (See Maps).  

   COPYRIGHT FREE - Your images to use as you please:

 As well as the CD with your images (edited if required), I grant you the full copyright. This is unusual with most photographers retaining copyright for future financial benefit. However, because of the nature of this service, granting the full copyright allows clients to use images as and when they need without referring back to the photographer. It also allows client to reproduce images themselves using their preferred printing lab or an on-line services such as PhotoBox.                                                                                             

    PHOTOGRAPHIC WORK / JOBS UNDERTAKEN:

 ~ Road accidents: Detailed images of damage to vehicles and / or property.

 ~ Scene of accident: Record line of sight, road signs and any skid marks, pot holes or other contributory features. (Sorry.. I am not able to photograph any motorway accidents unless I am forced to stop because of the accident or am requested to do so by police or highways authority.)

 ~ Vandalism & Burglary: For insurance, recording, prosecution or investigation purposes. Accurate recording of the scene, damage, means of entry etc.   

 ~ Personal Injury: Sensitive photography that can include a free* second visit to record recovery or secondary bruising and any swellings that may appear in days that follow. 

 ~ Property & Building: Work required, work in progress, before and after shots. Poor workmanship etc.

 ~ Insurance Identification and Valuation: From hallmarks in fine jewelry to motor cars.

 ~ Insurance Claims: Detailed images of damage to personal or business property that maybe required to validate a claim. Includes damaged in transit, accident on public transport etc.

 * Free second visit for personal injury claims may will incur traveling costs beyond Zone 1 - See Maps.                                                                                        

    AVAILABILITY AND PAYMENT:

 Standard Hours: I am usually available from 8.30am  till 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

 Higher Rate Hours: Photography required outside these standard hours hours or at weekends until 8.00pm incurs an extra fee of £10 per hour (minimum £10). Any work required overnight (after 8.00pm) incurs an extra fee of £20 per hour (minimum £20).

 Credit Terms: To maintain these competitive fees for these services I do not offer credit facilities. Payment becomes due when CD is dispatched or provided.

 Payment methods: I accept payment by, Cheque, PayPal, NoChex or cash. Debit and Credit Card payments can only be taken if I am able to access the internet to reach my payment processing service or when I am in my offices in Letchworth (by phone).   

 VAT is included at current rate in all prices quoted. A VAT receipt can be sent with CD or posted separately.

 Court attendance. In the unlikely event that the photography is challenged or requires verification in Court, I will charge my basic hourly rate plus travel expenses if Court is not in Zone 1 (see maps.)  These costs can usually be recovered from the Court or as part of your settlement.   

 Special editing requirements. Please advise in advance if images have to be of a certain proportion (ie. 1:1) or of a particular size etc. I can usually do this at no extra charge if advised before shooting the job. Special requirements mentioned post photography will incur an additional fee of £1.50 per image. 

 Use and storage of images. I may use images for my own services promotion, please advise if you do not wish me to use your images or you want any images removed subsequently. I will securely retain a copy of all images. This is both so I can replace lost images (£5 per CD) and verify that any images produced in Court or as evidence match the original images recorded..
